Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies Stand-Up Comedy Performance (45–60 Minutes) Booking & Payment • A performance is considered officially booked once a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are received. • The standard deposit is 50% of the total performance fee, due at the time of booking. • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. • Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment upfront. ⸻ Cancellation Policy • All deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will forfeit the deposit but will not owe the remaining balance. • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are responsible for 100% of the agreed performance fee. • In the rare event the performer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, all payments will be fully refunded, or—if preferred—applied to a rescheduled date at no additional charge. ⸻ Rescheduling • One reschedule request may be accommodated without penalty if made at least 14 days before the original event date, subject to availability. • Additional reschedule requests may be treated as cancellations. • Rescheduled dates must occur within 6 months of the original booking. ⸻ Performance Details • The standard performance length is 45–60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Content to be determined by client beforehand. • Any additional time, travel, or special requests may result in additional fees. • A safe, professional performance environment is expected. The performer reserves the right to end a performance if conditions are unsafe or abusive, with payment still due in full.
